Annual Meeting (Bohnenkamp Bldg, La Grande, OR, from Oct 09, 2010 04:30 PM to Oct 09, 2010 08:30 PM): Save the date for our Annual Meeting in La Grande. Our keynote speaker will be John Fullerton, Director of Capital Institute and the New Economics Institute, who will talk about how our current economy represents a rigged system (especially when it comes to energy and agriculture) and how we can successfully transition to a just and sustainable economic system. He'll also be talking with a panel of community members who represent local efforts on sustainable agriculture, small-scale renewable energy, and local investment and entrepreneurship.
