Garden-fresh food prep and cooking at the community garden. Ronin Maille, from the OSU Extension Nutrition Education Program, will be at the garden on July 23rd at 5:30 pm to talk about preparing and preserving early summer harvested vegetables and fruits. The program will last 30-45 minutes. Participants will prepare and taste a garden-fresh entree.
This class will be held at the La Grande Community Garden on the corner of I Ave and 13th St in La Grande.
