Saturday, July 3rd - fresh this week

Kick off your holiday weekend with a visit to your local market: Take home: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, lettuce, summer squash, sugar snap peas, bok choy, and eggs.  There will also be handcrafted jewelry, turned wood pens, hand-dyed and hand-spun yarn, polimer clay crafts (including country western boot magnets) as well as tamales, pies and shortcake, plus a lovely assortment of treats from Kneads Bakery.

I apologize for not posting about our Tuesday market last week - it is a sweet little market, with a nice assortment of goods.  If it is hard to make it to the market on Saturdays, the Tuesday one is well worth it; every week through September 23rd, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
