Hello members! The biggest volunteer opportunities of the moment
revolve around the upcoming Annual Gathering on March 3rd...
If you have supplies, time or creativity you can lend, please call, email or stop by the office to let us know.
A BIG "thank you!" to those who have already signed up!
Supplies Needed:
- Napkins and plastic tableware
- Clean pint jars for beer & wine- we are borrowing only & will return them clean!
Talents Needed:
- Sound system guru
- Decorating Director
- Appetizer/Dessert Boss
Volunteer Tasks:
- Write a letter to the editor or do a radio interview about the Annual Gathering
- Invite local officials
- Send an e-vite around people you know
- Help with childcare the day of the event
- Set up
- Clean up
- Sell tickets
- Present desserts during the auction
- Help take money at the door and after the auctions
- Staff an info table on ORA's Healthcare, Food & Farming, or Energy work during breaks at the event
- Bring an appetizer or dessert (exclusive from the Pie Auction)
And of course, we're expecting everyone to eat good food & dance to The Dirtface Daredevils....
