Information on the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children
The Women, Infants, Children Program is a supplemental nutrition program that helps families with young children access nutritious food. Nutrition education is a cornerstone of the WIC Program. New this year, a portion of the WIC Food Instrument can be used to purchase fresh local fruits and vegetables at the Farmers Market.
