Ruby Peak JacobsRuby Peak raises grass-fed lamb. Lamb is available in the fall (custom slaughter and cut). Jacob sheep provide an extremely lean cut of lamb, are smaller in size, making the purchase of an entire lamb within the reach of a smaller household. The sheep are grown without any antibiotics or hormones. Tanned hides, fleeces and roving can also be purchased.
