At the March 31st Harvest of the Month planning meeting the team developed a Harvest of the Month Calendar. Each month features a different seasonal produce item! It was a difficult working around Union Counties short growing season, but it was more difficult selecting only ONE item for each month. Everyone had a favorite item that just didn't make it on the schedule. In the end I think we put together a pretty good list. What do you think? Did we leave off your favorite item?
