With a vision for building long-term sustainability and effectiveness by “making Democracy come alive,” the Board of Directors adopted a Five Year Strategic Plan, Rural Oregon Rising, on January 2018. Over the past 7 months, we’ve taken important steps to strengthen our organizational infrastructure and position ORA to meet today’s public challenges.
